1. General Information
By using our pressure washing and related services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Pressure Washing GoldCoast across Queensland.

2. Services
Pressure Washing GoldCoast offers a variety of pressure washing, cleaning, and property maintenance services. The scope of services will be outlined in the quote provided to the customer. Any additional services requested will require a revised quote.

3. Quotes & Payment
All quotes are valid for 30 days. Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of services. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted price.

5. Liability
We hold public liability insurance and take every precaution to avoid damage to your property. However, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or defects on the property. Any damages caused by our team will be assessed and handled through our insurance.

6. Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will rectify the issue at no additional cost.

7. Environmental Responsibility
Customers must inform us of any specific environmental regulations or restrictions on their property.

8. Health & Safety
Our team follows strict health and safety guidelines. Customers are required to ensure safe access to the areas being serviced, and any potential hazards must be disclosed beforehand.

9. Property Access
Customers must ensure that all areas to be cleaned are accessible on the scheduled service date. Any delays caused by lack of access may result in additional fees.

10. Changes to Terms
Pressure Washing GoldCoast reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on our website.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Queensland law.
