At Pressure Washing GoldCoast, we are committed to delivering high-quality pressure washing, cleaning, and maintenance services. We strive for customer satisfaction, but we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of the service being completed. We will review the issue and, where applicable, offer to redo the service at no additional cost.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

The service was not completed according to the agreed-upon scope.

The issue cannot be resolved by redoing the service.

A deposit or prepayment was made, and the service could not be completed due to our team’s fault (e.g., equipment failure, scheduling issues).
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Customer dissatisfaction resulting from issues beyond our control, such as pre-existing damage, weather-related complications, or failure to provide access to the property.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service (see below for cancellation policy).

Services that were fully completed and signed off by the customer as satisfactory.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is deemed necessary, the following process will apply:

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the refund request is approved.

The amount refunded will be based on the portion of the service that was not satisfactorily completed.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid any cancellation fees. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the service, a fee of up to 25% of the service price may be applied.
6. Changes to This Refund Policy
Pressure Washing GoldCoast reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The updated policy will be posted on our website, and any changes will take effect immediately.
